Calibration of the Cu-ISE/Reference cell

Prepare a buffer solution composed of 17.7 g of Na₂HPO₄ and 17.05 g of KH₂PO₄ dissolved into a 0.1 KNO₃ solution.
To prepare the "blank" solution used to calibrate the electrode assembly, dilute by a factor 10 the previous stock buffer.

Santa Ana River water filtered through 0.45 um Cellulose Acetate filters.
