Tight Shale Gas - Hydraulic Fracturing - Has it Transformed the Future of Petroleum Energy?

The paradigm shift in petroleum production generated by unconventional reservoir development in tight shale offers opportunities for research on critical issues and education of specialists necessary to continue environmentally sustainable production. This seminar series addressed these issues and opportunities.  Speakers will described both present practice for general audience as well as future needs for a more research audience.
